Adding a hot tub would likely surpass this limit and could compromise the integrity of the structure. For safety reasons, it's best to consider other locations for your hot tub that can adequately support its weight.

The reservation process for LaraDean Townes begins with drafting an offer purchase, complete with specific deadlines, which Sydney at LaraDean or your agent can assist you with. After making the offer, a refundable deposit known as Earnest Money is required to reserve the home. While your home is being completed, you will be invited for various walkthroughs and home inspections closer to settlement. Finally, the last requirement is to make sure you secure a pre-approval letter or proof of funds from your lender or our preferred lender.
